Paul is a highly motivated outcomes focused professional and firmly believes that Aperion’s reputation for value, quality and sustainability underpins everything. 

Construction has always been part of Paul’s DNA – his passion for building things spans many years and originates from when he was a Project Engineer in 2002 building a state-of-the art factory in the UK for one of the world’s largest cement manufacturing organisations. 

A degree qualified engineer and senior business leader, Paul brings over 20 years’ domestic and international experience managing major construction, development and engineering portfolios, as well as significant senior leadership experience working for top tier global companies including Heidelberg Cement Group, Boral and the J.R. Simplot Company. 

Paul brings a wealth of experience and capability to Aperion and specialises in business development, due diligence and large scale development projects working closely with the Aperion team to identify development opportunities, manage acquisitions, concept design, feasibility studies, finance and general business administration.

Shane is a results driven construction and property professional who brings over 30 years of experience to Apeiron. Shane has worked as an Executive for many major contractors and developers managing large scale projects for the public and private sector. Shane has the credentials for delivering ‘at risk’ projects on-time and on-budget. Having worked from the ground up, Shane has a contagious passion and energy for creating remarkable projects. Shane’s reputation and accomplishments in the industry demonstrate his ability to deliver, with a personable approach and fastidious eye for detail. 

Shane is a Registered Building Practitioner and holds both Domestic and Commercial Unlimited Licences in Australia. 

Shane is a ‘hands on’ Director who likes to roll up the sleeves and lead by example. Shane brings a valuable depth of technical and practical experience to the Apeiron team, from acquisitions, to overseeing day to day operations, to client handovers and settlements. His strengths include finance and business management, feasibility studies, design management, programming, procurement and construction delivery.
